Rules and Regulations Manager - SANDICOR Inc Processed Rules Violations for the Countywide Multiple Listing Service, Established a panel of qualified Brokers and Agents to paticipate as Tribunal Members for Rules Hearings and Arbitration Hearings. Staff Liaison to The Rules Hearing Committee, Took Minutes for Board of Director Meetings and Rules Hearing Committee Meetings. Legal Assistant to the President of SANDICOR for matters pertaining to the Freeman vs. SANDICOR lawsuit. Employed From 1998 - 1999
Director of Legal Services - San Diego Association of REALTORS® Provided Due Process for Mediation, Ethics and Arbitration complaints, processing all cases and maintaining office files, drafting settlement agreements and Ethics violations. I was also the Staff Liaison to five committees that met monthly including Professional Standards, Risk Reduction, Realtor/Attorney, Mediation and Grievance. Trained Professional Standards and Grievance members annually and attended all Mediation training provided to the Meditation Committee Members from 1995 – 1998. In addition, a key responsibility was maintaining constant communication with attorneys, brokers, agents, committee members and the general public to ensure all cases were being processed accordingly.
