Actually, things are looking much better for Sellers in the San Diego market compared to last fall. Rates are lower providing buyers with more buying power and investors are back and writing offers on anything that resembles a deal.
If you're looking for a break, now is a great time to refinance or buy a home if you are fortunate enough to qualify for a loan. If you already own a home and want to move up you really should be gearing up right now or you might miss the best opportunity in over 5 years to accomplish the move.
